At AhmeauTM LLC, each piece is crafted with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of our work, and your satisfaction is important to us.

 

We accept returns on eligible items within a limited timeframe. Please review the following policy carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

 

Eligibility

 

To qualify for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned with all original packaging, including any protective foam and branded boxes
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by your tracking number

 

You are welcome to open and inspect your item — we only ask that it be returned as it was received.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns for items that are not damaged or incorrect. This includes:

 

  • Items that have been used, worn, or handled
  • Items returned without complete or pristine packaging
  • Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery
  • Any item not meeting the conditions outlined in our return policy

 

You are welcome to open and inspect your item. We simply ask that it be returned unused, in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in pristine form.

 

Return Process

 

To initiate a return:

 

  • Email us at info@ahmeau.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  • We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

 

Once approved, you must ship the item back within 5 business days using the instructions provided.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the full value of the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.

 

As we offer complimentary shipping on all orders, shipping fees are not refunded. Returns due to damage or error will be issued a prepaid return label at no additional cost.
